the challenges of everyday life including overcoming challenges,

dealing with difficult people and situations, and making progress

when things seem overwhelming. You will learn the power of selfendorsementto pat yourself on the back for your efforts and not

necessarily the results. You will learn a four-step method (created

over 80 years ago) for handling everyday challenges that includes

identifying the triggering event and accompanying sensations,

angry and fearful thoughts and disturbing impulses along with

positive affirmations and tools to change behavior and thoughts in

those situations. This will be an interactive workshop!
