District 40 is seeking dynamic, engaging speakers to present at our Retreat/Conference!

We're looking for sessions that focus on professional development and personal growth, helping our members strengthen their communication, leadership, and life skills.

Session length: 45 minutes

Presentations may cover (but are not limited to):

• Leadership and team-building strategies

• Effective communication and storytelling

• Career advancement and personal branding

• Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

• Overcoming challenges and fostering resilience

• Innovation, creativity, and continuous learning

We welcome proposals from both experienced presenters and first-time speakers with a passion for sharing valuable insights. Sessions should be interactive, inspiring, and relevant to Toastmasters’ mission of empowering individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.​
