Please note:

• By registering for the conference, you give permission for your picture (photo or video) to be posted

on the D40 website and all D40 Toastmasters media avenues.

• Registration must be paid by all who are attending any portion of the conference (excluding

those attending the business meeting only, contest only, or as a guest of a Toastmaster
attending a meal event only).

• Clubs with a minimum of 5 members submitting Conference Registration Online by February 29,

2020 or by mail Postmarked by February 29, 2020 will receive $5 in D40 Dollars per member (This
would be the equivalent of paying $25 for $50 at the 2019 Conference).

• The last day to register for a meal is April 15, 2020.

• The winner of the International Speech Contest will be announced at the Saturday Night Banquet.

• The winner of the Table Topics Contest will be announced at the Sunday Lunch.

• Seating will be available at all meal events for those choosing not to eat.
