Connie Petertonjes, DTM, is a career-long associate of The Cincinnati Insurance Company and is an Underwriting Manager leading a team of home office underwriters and field reps specializing in Management Liability products. She graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree double majoring in Accounting and Finance.
She joined Toastmasters in order to earn a specific company, educational achievement but stayed long after getting her Competent Communicator award. When not working, she chauffeurs two of her three busy daughters around to various sports activities and brags about the academic accomplishments of her oldest college-aged daughter, who attends her alma mater.
Connie’s experience managing a team been the perfect place to practice effective evaluation techniques.
