How to Start a Podcast

Johnny Randolph is passionate about speaking. He relishes any opportunity to motivate people to achieve their goals. He is a graduate of Kentucky State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting. If you would have told Johnny back then that he one day would speak in front of hundreds of people and help people develop stronger speaking habits, he would have laughed at you. But that is just what happened after Johnny joined his first Toastmasters. He knows now that with a commitment to excellence and hard work, anything is possible. 

Since embarking on his Toastmasters journey, Johnny has led two Toastmasters clubs to reach President’s Distinguished status, he has won multiple speech contests, and received the Distinguished Toastmasters award, the highest achievement an individual in Toastmasters can earn. While he is appreciative of the accolades, Johnny’s proudest moments are seeing the numerous mentees and people he collaborates with reach their speaking and leadership goals. Working with people and seeing them transform into powerful and confident speakers is what inspires Johnny. 

Johnny is married to the love his life, Nicole. The two have a beautiful daughter name Noelle. He is also a cohost of The Official District 40 Podcast, a podcast dedicated to helping people develop and enhance communication and leadership skills.
