Pathways - Level Up

Joyce Hayes began her Toastmasters journey as a charter member of Synchrony-CWC in 2019. Since then, she has joined Northeast 2000, Greenville, and Dayton Top Mentors Toastmasters Club. Joyce's primary focus is on corporate club engagement and success. Joyce is the 2022-2023 Area 3 Director within Division A, District 40. She has received the Triple Crown Award multiple times and is the Immediate Past President of Synchrony-CWC. She has completed five pathways and an additional Pathways Mentor Program. Joyce recently led a Toastmasters Speechcraft course while working on the remaining six pathways.

Joyce has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University and hopes to begin her journey toward her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership later this year. She has worked for Synchrony for six years and is the Cincinnati-West Chester Site Communications Senior Specialist.
